Who We Are
Nakysha "Sheen", founder of HarmoniQ, is passionate about creating an inclusive space where autistic and neurodivergent children can thrive. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), blending her expertise in human behavior with her love for supporting children’s development. Currently, she is pursuing a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) to become a registered nurse, expanding her ability to serve families not only in the behavioral field but also in health and safety.
In addition to running HarmoniQ, Nakysha currently spends her weekends working as a student nurse in a Level One Trauma Emergency Room, where she gains valuable experience in handling both medical and behavioral crises. This background equips her with a calm and steady approach in moments when children need extra care and gives parents peace of mind knowing their child is in capable hands.
Drawing on her ABA knowledge, medical training, and love for music, Nakysha "Sheen" designed Harmoniq to be more than just childcare — it is a nurturing, small‑group program that uses music and play to foster social, emotional, and school‑readiness skills in young children. Her vision is to help families feel supported while preparing their children for success in future group settings and beyond.
